An expert in mortgage banking and finance, Mr. Lorenzo Hills has been the Managing Director of East Coast Commercial Group since 2003. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, East Coast Commercial Group is a multi-faceted commercial real estate finance company offering direct commercial lending, note sales and advisory services, and commercial real estate construction. As one of the leaders of the firm, Lorenzo Hills holds a number of responsibilities critical to the company's success, including new client acquisitions and product development. Lorenzo Hills is also responsible for the creation of unique structured debt products for the specialty finance industry. Over the course of his career, Lorenzo Hills has sold more than $500 million in specialty debt products.

In addition to serving as the Managing Director of East Coast Commercial Group, Mr. Lorenzo Hills is the Principal of the East Coast Commercial Group Mortgage Fund I, a private moneylender and commercial mortgage bank. Through the East Coast Commercial Group Mortgage Fund I, Lorenzo Hills regularly helps business owners in the United States and abroad secure financing to help grow and improve their businesses.

Mr. Lorenzo Hills is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest quality service possible. Active in a number of prominent real estate and finance associations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Lorenzo Hills holds his work to the highest professional and ethical standards.

Mr. Lorenzo Hills studied engineering at North Carolina State University. Prior to co-founding East Coast Commercial Group, Lorenzo Hills held a number of high-level positions in the technology manufacturing, software, and e-commerce industries.

He is primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the northeast United States. Focused on new business origination nationwide and in Canada. Providing senior structured debt products to the Specialty Finance industry, including both commercial and consumer lenders/investors of performing to non performing receivables.
